We Ship Fast
Our fully computerized warehouse system is designed to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We know that your business depends on timely service, and it is our job to keep you up and running. Our order processing team is committed to filling all in-stock orders within 24 hours, and nearly every order ships the day it is placed. Note: Canadian orders may take up to one week to ship.

Shipping Hours
Shipments are made on business days only. No orders can be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays. Orders received after 2:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm Eastern time on a Friday will ship on the following business day which is usually Monday, unless it is a holiday. If you have any special shipping requirements or if you must have your order shipped today, please contact us by phone at 888-918-8150, extension 130. A customer care representative will make sure your shipment arrives as planned.
One Low Rate From Coast-To-Coast
Your freight charge is determined by the total weight of the items in your order. Ground, Next Day Air, and Second Day Air shipments are available to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and non-Canadian international shipments may require a brokerage or export fee that is not included in the freight. Any extra fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice upon shipment. Some additional charges such as Oversize, or Flat Rate, may apply. These special charges are automatically added to your shipping charge. Some items are marked as 'CALL' because they require a freight quote. These items typically show a $9999.99 shipping charge. We offer economical ground shipping to all Canadian addresses. Canadian shipments are made once a week by Purolator Courier. The Canadian shipping rate that is calculated in the shopping cart or checkout is a landed cost to your door, and includes all applicable freight charges, taxes and duties.
Important Note for Orders Shipping To A Different Address
For your protection, an order can only be automatically processed if the credit card billing address and shipping address match exactly. Any order being shipped to an address other than the exact billing address on the credit card statement must be manually processed and reviewed. This process, which can take up to 24 hours, is required by most major banks and credit card issuers. A fraud check, IP address and geographical match will be performed to insure your financial safety. We value our customers, and we pledge to protect them to the fullest extent possible from credit card fraud.

Oversize items have an additional charge of $10 per item, unless the order is shipping via common carrier.
Flat Rate items have a shipping charge of $100 per item. The weight of the item is not considered in the freight calculation.
Some items must ship by common carrier due to size or weight restrictions. Freight for orders containing these items starts at the 301 to 499 lbs. rate and may show a shipping charge of $9999.99. Please call 1.888.918.8150 for a freight quote.
